This policy explains how CrownFlow collects, uses, and protects data processed in your workspace.

1. Data We Process

CrownFlow stores workspace account details, user authentication data, leads, activities, message templates, automation rules, and billing subscription status.

2. Why We Process It

Data is processed to operate lead response workflows, authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, deliver automation activity, and maintain billing access.

3. Processors

CrownFlow uses third-party processors for specific tasks: Stripe (billing), Twilio (telephony/SMS when enabled), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and managed Postgres infrastructure.

4. Security Controls

CrownFlow includes MFA support, role-based access control, encrypted secret handling, security headers, and audit logging for account and data-write actions.

5. Retention

Workspace data is retained while an account is active. Deletion/export requests can be submitted via support.

6. Your Responsibilities

Workspace owners are responsible for lawful consent for lead communications and correct use of provider accounts (including SMS compliance and sender eligibility in target regions).
