These terms govern access to CrownFlow. By using the service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Scope

CrownFlow provides lead tracking, workflow automation, team access controls, and billing-linked workspace access.

2. Account Ownership

Workspace owners are responsible for user invitations, role assignment, and security configuration for their team.

3. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe on a recurring basis. Cancellation and payment method updates are handled in the Stripe customer portal.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use CrownFlow for unlawful messaging, fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates carrier, anti-spam, privacy, or consumer-protection rules.

5. Third-Party Providers

Message deliverability and telephony behavior depend on connected providers such as Twilio and Resend. Provider limits, regional rules, and account restrictions apply.

6. Availability and Changes

CrownFlow may be updated to improve security and reliability. We may modify features and notify customers of material service-impacting changes.

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for non-payment or policy violations. You can cancel recurring billing from the portal.
